FieldAx - Payment
FieldAx provides a seamless payment experience for customers through integration with popular payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal. When a job is marked as complete in the system, the payment process is automatically initiated, allowing customers to make payments easily through a secure link sent via email.
Job Completion:
When a service job is completed and closed in the FieldAx system, the payment process is automatically initiated. The system validates the job details and generates an invoice for the customer.
Payment Email Notification:
The customer receives an email notification with details of the completed job and a secure payment link. This email includes information about the services provided, the total amount due, and payment options.
Customer Payment Process:
Upon clicking the payment link in the email, customers are directed to a secure payment page where they can review their invoice details and provide payment information through Stripe or PayPal.
Payment Confirmation:
After successful payment processing, the customer receives a confirmation, and the payment status is automatically updated in the FieldAx system. The invoice is marked as paid, and the transaction is recorded for accounting purposes.
