Creating Installed Systems #

Step 1: Access Installed Systems #

From the customer record:

  1. Navigate to Installed Systems related list
  2. Click New Installed System

Step 2: System Identification #

Enter equipment details:

Basic Information

  • System Name: Main Building AC Unit 1
  • Asset Tag: AC-2024-001
  • System Type: Split System Air Conditioner
  • Status: Active/In Service

Equipment Details

  • Manufacturer: Carrier
  • Model Number: 24ACC636A003
  • Serial Number: 1234567890
  • Capacity: 3 Ton (36,000 BTU)
  • Efficiency Rating: 16 SEER

Step 3: Installation Information #

Document installation details:

Installation Data

  • Install Date: 03/15/2020
