Adding Skills Process #
Step 1: Access Skills Management #
From the Service Engineer record:
- Scroll to Skills related list
- Click Add Skills button
Step 2: Search and Select Skills #
Finding Skills
- In skill search dialog
- Type skill name (e.g., “HVAC”)
- Select from available skills:
- HVAC Installation
- HVAC Repair
- HVAC Maintenance
- EPA Universal Certification
Step 3: Add Multiple Skills #
